About Adam Aziz
Adam Aziz founded Ascott Blake in 2016, having previously served as the Group Finance Director for nGAGE Recruitment Group. This role gave him first-hand experience of the unique financial challenges of recruitment businesses, from managing cash flow and contractor payments to optimising back-office efficiency. Through to scaling a business from £1m to £10m EBITDA and a subsequent exit.
Adam’s mission is to provide tailored, proactive financial services to owner-managed businesses like yours – services that go beyond compliance and actively support growth.
