Meet Adam Aziz - Chartered Accountant Bishop’s Stortford
I founded Ascott Blake in 2016 after working in the city as Group Finance Director of the Ngage Recruitment Group (formerly Human Capital Investment Group). I initially trained and qualified with a major accountancy firm in London and started my commercial career heading up the finance function at TMF Group who are global outsourcers. I am a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
I wanted to set up a practice which was commercial and innovative to bring something new to clients rather than just a compliance service. I have focused on creating a service which makes us approachable and speaks in layman’s terms. I want to ensure my team takes control of our clients to really understand what they want to achieve so we can help them to achieve their dreams.
We have a range of clients from trades to large recruitment companies. My specialism is the recruitment sector however the team have a depth of experience across all industries and have gained valuable knowledge which we can pass to clients.
